Shipping and Ordering Information
- To purchase an item, click the Add to Cart button. This does not force you to make a purchase. Once in the shopping cart, enter your state and zipcode to see the shipping & tax (if applicable) charges for the products in your cart.
- Orders with in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours unless stated otherwise (excluding weekends and holidays).
- UPS 2 Day & UPS Next Day Air orders must be received by 1:00PM eastern standard time for same day shippng.
- If a Free Shipping item is added to the cart with an item that does not have free shipping, the shipping charges will only be calculated on the non-free shipping item.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size and distance of delivery to the customer.
- We will only ship within the contiguous United States.
- A physical street address is required for every shipment.
- Orders with free shipping will be shipped UPS or USPS at our discretion. USPS shipped orders will not have a tracking number associated with the shipment.
- If you have a UPS account and would like us to apply the shipping charge to your account, simply type your account number in the comment section during checkout.
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you to provide other options or an estimate of when your product will ship. We will contact you by phone or email.
- Please contact us if your order is over 70 lbs. so that we can discuss other shipping options.
Tax exempt & Business Customers
- We collect PA sales tax of 6% on orders shipped to or billed to addresses within Pennsylvania.
- If you are a reseller or tax exempt entity (ie. religious organization or government) and have a valid PA Sales Tax Certificate, please send a copy via email to email@example.com or fax to 717-291-1840 Attn: Internet Sales.
- If you would like to apply for a Net 30 credit account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you an application. Please allow up to two weeks to process the application. The account may be opened more quickly if the listed references respond promptly.
Credit Card Processing
- At Battery Warehouse we strive to keep all of your personal and credit card information safe and secure. We treat this information as if it were our own. Your credit card information is NOT stored in our system, unless you have given us permission to do so.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
- Confirming of credit card information helps prevent fraud.
- Your credit card will be charged once your order is in the shipping stage. You will not be charged for items that are backordered until they are shipped.
- Shipping to addresses other than the billing address may delay shipment of your order. Battery Warehouse reserves the right to withhold or cancel any order whose bill to and ship to addresses can not be validated.
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Returns will only be accepted if they are unopened, undamaged and in resellable condition.
- All return shipments will be refused if there is no RMA number on the shipping label or package.
- You can request an RMA number by contacting us by phone or email. Email requests should be sent to email@example.com.
- Return shipping charges will be at the buyer's expense, unless the product you received is damaged or you received the wrong product due to our error.
- If it is necessary to return your purchase, starting when we receive the shipment, please allow up to 2 weeks to see your refund (2-4 business days to process your return request and 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund).
- No refunds for custom orders including battery packs, soldering or rebuilt items.
- If there is any question about the product you received being the correct product, please contact our helpful sales staff to help you through this process. We are available 8AM- 6PM Monday - Friday and 8AM - 2PM on Saturday EST.
